AI Search Optimization Services

Help search engines and AI assistants understand your agency’s services, identity, and service area through clear, accessible, well-supported information.

Build on search fundamentals

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) describe work aimed at clearer answers and citations in AI-assisted search. They complement SEO. I improve useful content, factual consistency, relevant structured data, and technical accessibility; no markup or file guarantees that an AI system will mention your agency.

What I work on

How the work fits your plan

I review the current foundation, agree on priorities, implement the defined work, and report on available evidence. Deliverable volume and location scope are confirmed before onboarding. Compare monthly packages and project scope.

Frequently asked question

Can you guarantee a ChatGPT recommendation?

No. AI answers vary by platform, prompt, location, and time. A sampled visibility report is a directional observation, not a complete count of what families see.

How I assess AI-search visibility

  1. Confirm the business facts. I review your approved services, coverage, public business profiles, and website. A visibility plan should not expand your care claims.
  2. Define a useful question set. I separate branded questions, local care discovery, and family research questions. Each has a different purpose.
  3. Record the observation. For sampled checks, I record the exact prompt, platform, date, location context where available, agency mentions, linked sources, and factual errors. A mention and a linked citation are different observations.
  4. Trace information gaps. I compare the response with your published information. Missing service explanations, inconsistent listings, and inaccessible pages become evidence to investigate—not automatic explanations for every missing mention.
  5. Improve and recheck. I document the changes, then compare later samples using the same method. Variation between runs remains part of the interpretation.

Example questions to investigate

These are sample prompts, not test results. The final question set should reflect your agency’s actual services and the decisions families need to make.

From observation to action: a worked scenario

Imagine a fictional agency’s website says it serves one county, while an old directory lists another. If an AI answer repeats the old coverage, the first task is to verify and correct the conflicting sources. I would record the source URLs, correction requests, and follow-up observations. I would not describe that correction as a guaranteed increase in recommendations.

What belongs in a useful report

A report should show the question set, dated observations, source links, factual inaccuracies, work completed, and the next priorities. Available referral data can add context, but it does not capture every AI-assisted discovery or prove which change caused an inquiry.

Google’s guidance says normal SEO fundamentals remain relevant for its AI features and that there is no special schema required for inclusion. I use structured data to describe real visible information—not as a shortcut to guaranteed placement. Read Google’s guidance on AI features.
